TECHRAY NDT (Pty) Ltd was established in 2020 with one commitment: professional, reliable, quality-driven non-destructive testing. Behind that is more than two decades in the field — oil & gas, workshop fabrication, expansion projects, mining, and in-service inspection of boilers and pressure vessels.
We are built for both sides of the work: the long contract on a shutdown, and the day-to-day call-out that has to be done today. No matter the size or complexity of the job, we deliver accurate results, practical solutions and peace of mind.

NDT helps verify the quality, integrity and safety of equipment and structures while allowing them to remain in service or proceed to the next stage of production.
Each method has its limitations, which is why different techniques can be used to detect and evaluate defects or discontinuities in materials, welds and components without causing damage.
Magnetic Particle Testing
Surface and near-surface crack detection on ferromagnetic welds, castings and forgings.

Permanent film of volumetric weld integrity, detecting internal defects in pipe, plate and pressure equipment.
